if the last filing was over six months ago, is it not conceivable that they sold those when the stock was in the 60-80 range?

Does anyone know at what price FMR got the shares through the open market or options?

<<Did Fidelity sell shares since the split?>>

On May 10th they filed an S13 saying they owned 6,842,578 shares (split adjusted). On October 10th they filed an amended S13 showing ownership of 3,607,210 shares. So they sold 3,235,368 shares sometime in the intervening time interval. I do not know whether the sale occurred before or after the split. My guess based on the price performance of the stock is that they sold in September. Apparently the SEC does NOT require that holders of greater than 5% equity interest file their intentions to sell.
