There is no PPT.

However, it seems that the ECB has learnt its lesson and is not going to hike rates anytime soon. That gives the FRB a chance to lower, and they may - should, IMHO - do so. Thankfully, deflation is easier to cure than inflation, and the fundamentals of the economy remain strong. Finally, every October there is this charade. Typical, wouldn't you say?
