Barry, No, I don't take it. I'm a big fan of fresh veggie juices for my nourishment & don't rely on many supplements in pill form. But since you run, it really is necessary for you to fight those free radicals created when you exercise. I've heard great things about pycnogenol so give it a shot! Bill

thread, i check out only the pycnogenol at puritan pride. 1-800-645-1030 it's cheap to begin with and they usually let you buy 1 and get 1 free. pycnogenol does everything but illiminate world wars<g> YOu should take 1 mg of pycnogenol to 1 lb of body wieght.
