A new SI friend, Shalom, suggested that I start this thread & he also inspired it's title. It will be dedicated to any thoughts, ideas, questions & concerns related to a living Healthy Lifestyle! After all... since we are all soon going to be "Rolling in Dough", it would be nice to be around to spend it!!
