(stock: MSFT) said Thursday. It is the first major upgrade to the top-selling productivity suite for Apple (stock: AAPL) computers since Office 98. It includes enhanced versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a new PIM application called Entourage. The suite will be sold in a slender, reusable, hard plastic CD case, instead of a traditional cardboard box.
