Chic: I posted earlier that a big direct box builder/seller was selling a huge block of mixed AMD chips at almost any price (as long as they could dump it outside the US). It sure looked to me like a company trying to waltz its inventories back into shape before quarter end (following the infamous early summer over-ordering fiasco). At the time, it was just one more item that reinforced my perception that we were awash in chips and that chip prices would continue to fall. Best, Earlie
