I don't disagree with your post but housing prices (to buy) have fallen 30% or so from their peak in the north peninsula... a guess, I know since houses are all individual but generally 20-35% down I'd say. A house down from me hasn't sold and they lowered the price from 630K to 590K. No way is it worth 590K even, but last year this same house would have gone for something over the 630 price.
