Bob - I appreciate your crisis=opportunity viewpoint. My question is... being we don't know where or when bottoms will form, doesnt it make more sense to start loading up 10% AFTER the (likely) bottom is in, rather than 10% before...? This occurs to me after trying to pick bottoms all September.... unsuccessfully! <g> -Dan

I would NOT move into these markets until more gets resolved... it is easy to say "It can't get any worse." That is like saying the flip side... it can't get any better while the DOW was at 7,000 not too long ago!
