I invested in Go2Net (GNET) a while back.

They are well diversified - unfortunately, they recently agreed to be bought out by the money-losing InfoSpace, and their stock is now half of what is was worth before the merger was announced.

To clarify my statement, banner advertising does not work for the prices currently being charged -- hence, banner rates will have to come way down in price for them to have any real future...
