Jim, more proof this is a manufactured chip panic, though I don't understand the motivation. I've yet to read a single report, or listen to a single CEO, confirming what those "nervous nellies" are saying on Wall Street.

Does INTC growing "less fast" justify this mess?

Jim, more proof the "manufactured" tech wreck head fake worked: record outflows of funds this week. Gee, I wonder who's buying at these depressed levels?

Back in the real world, some early chip related earnings from last night:

LRCX beat by .05
DS beat by .02
CREE beat by .02
SSTI beat by .01 (+ issued positive .07 guidance for this Q)

Everyone, so far, says biz remains very strong.
