GV- Can we revisit my question from the other day? Given the last couple days developments (stronger dollar, and, I forgot to add, there will be a nice "consumer" tax is effect this winter in guise of higher home heating/ and possibly gas prices because of Israeli conflict).. What do you think Greenspan does if the Naz is at 2800, Dow at 10k or below, and all other current conditions remain in place in 4 weeks? Still no worries for Greenspan & co. (that the soft landing will become too hard?).....No worries of zero growth this winter? No need for any changes in the stance at the mid-November meeting (either in bias or rates?)
