Paul, That is not quite correct. They will watch the AMD SMP offerings with great interest and will devote some time to testing them and giving AMD feedback. Remember they want to break the Intel habit too, just like all the others who have seen prices of desktop CPUs tumble, they want to see server CPU prices tumble. This means they will test AMD offerings with great care. It will of course take time to fully qualify even a perfectly working AMD part since the server space is conservative.....but they are not stupid....they know that right now the server bread is all buttered on Intel's side. This will change with time. Bill
