Mr. "Upticked" posted a week ago on Yahoo!'s message board that Noam acquired his option shares at $2.6 ( may not be exact)with cost more than his yearly salary, and "Upticked" thought it's bullish indicator. Later MRVC filed OPXS S-1. As I remembered, MRVC filed LMNE S-1 on July 26, one day before its Q3 earnings release. LMNE S-1 was something to support MRVC because Q3 revenue/earnings were not impressive. This time Noam must have something else to announce when approaching earnings day. LMNE IPO or impressive revenue/earnings? The former is likely. Just my perception.
