On October 23rd, SEC regulation FD on "fair disclosure" goes into effect for public companies. Here is information on it.

Ah ha. So I will expect a 3-5 point drop tomorrow.

Actually, at this point it's okay and real easy for me. From what I can tell, prospects for MRVC business(es) are very good. The stock's going to drop further (THE GAP, dontcha know) - that isn't going to make any difference to me, because I've already decided I'm going to hold for a while to see how MRVC delivers on its promise. The problem for me will be what will I do when MRVC begins to rise? Will I scale out of the thing in a rational manner, dump if there's a couple of humongous day rallies (as we have seen occur), buy more on the way up, hold all for new highs, try to hold all purchases for long term gains, what?

In other words, I believe it's going to be the ride up that's the problem for me, not this ride down.
