As a Yahoo! poster pointed out to me, FOCI (part of LMNE) appears to be making progress. They appear to have expanded their product line and added another manufacturing facility at Changsha, Hunan province in China, making Video-on-demand (VOD) and remote Fiber Testing Systems. I don't remember seeing or hearing about this facility before.
