Peter, Good on you for the thoughts. On an optimistic note, one would have to think that the CEO of MOA wouldn't have done this to his or our disadvantage. Perhaps it was the only way to secure funding without diluting MOA stock by going it alone. I always assume the CEO has shareholders interests at heart before thinking otherwise. Perhaps it is my sailor background. It is the sea that can be the real enemy, not other sailors. Cheers, Peter D
