Well, they have several hundred million of capex planned, mainly for new GEOs, between now and y/e 2001.....though it goes against BLS' instincts, I'm sure, the money would be much better spent buying the stock, at these prices.

Why buy back now? GSTRF keeps buying back shares at lower and lower prices. Maybe one can do better with a buy of LOR at $3? A bargain's a bargain?
