That is why you do not make any money. You should be buying not selling. The evil cabal would not be interested if there was not something value for them to steal.<G>

Great job of documenting your position (once again).

Alas, the delusional individuals you are trying to nudge back to reality will just ignore it.

The outright psychotic approach taken by many of the Rambus longs is sometimes too much for me, and I have to take a break from the thread. Rambus might win all its lawsuits and be a decent short term investment, but it may very well not win all its lawsuits, in which case it's a $65 stock stock at one evening's close and a $6.50 stock at the following morning's open. And some of the rambus longs keep insisting that a half full glass is a firehose.

Regards,

Dan

Carl, you're busting my chops for info from one of your own posts.

Your "if" is busted. Elpida has been a legal entity for some time.
followed by lots of highlighted excerpts from an Oct. 2 article and disdainful references to people long on RMBS.

Previously, you posted a reference to a later (Oct. 9) article that included:
On Jan. 1 of 2001, ... Elpida will become a legal entity, able to sue and be sued.
