you need to read the right to travel cases The right to travel cases? I assume you mean supreme court decisions. The fact that one decision is support by another one does not change what is actually in the constitution. If you mean that there is a very good argument presented in those cases then you might have something of a point but if you are using the decisions as a source of a good arguement (rather then basically saying the supreme court said X once so when it says X again it must be right) then you could have just posted the arguement yourself.
