Four Billion shares outstanding, WOW!

The current stock price is very close to the exchange rate MVEE used to raise cash in exchange for 2.8 billion shares sometime before May 1, 2000. However, the stock in exchange for cash after May 1, 2000 sold for twice current prices. When was the last time MVEE was over $.02?

At current prices MVEE could buy back 1/4 of the outstanding shares with its $12 million in cash. But that is probably all gone now.

Is anybody surprised that MVEE still has not recognized any Revenue? Is anybody surprised that MVEE only had $550,000 of deferred revenue (the money a company collects before it actually delivers a product)?

At the current cash burn rate MVEE will be issuing more shares if they don't hurry up and recognize some revenue and then collect the money.

I wonder when the SEC filing will be available.

I saw a very good movie this weekend that reminded me of MVEE. The movie was called "The Contender." "The Contender" was backed by the same company that is supporting MVEE with "Alicia's Book." A few seconds into the film I noticed the word Cinerenta and immediately thought of this:

I would not be surprised if Jeff Bridges gets an oscar for his performance as the President of the United States.

It's interesting that some people on other boards have known about the 4 Billion shares outstanding as far back as May 2000.
