I haved not read any favorable comments anywhere from Texaco shareholders about this deal. And there doesn't seem to be much buying interest in Texaco either. The stock is still at 59. Not even the lousy price ($64) the deal is supposed to bring after the deal finally is completed. Any ideas why the price has not moved at all?
