There will still be a lot of drilling done before property payment time. At 50 cents I can buy 10 times as much as I could at $5.00. Obviously management's projection of a million ounces per 20 m has been proven wrong (at least it is not where they thought it was). But as Elizabeth alluded, Mother Nature may not be finished with her tricks yet. A property with 24 m of 4.43, 16 m of 5.42, 32 m of 2.5 etc is a good buy at $.50 in my opinion.

Hi,

>>If PFG decides not to pay, the owner will boot them off the property.<<

What is that chance of the big payment being renegotiated ?? Since the onces aren't there, he can't expect to receive the big check.

It seems plausible that the terms could be reduced to a level more appropriate to the property's reduced value, whereby a smaller deposit might fly.

Not sure on the specifics of the agreement, just a thought.

Rich

Charred, If PFG decides to pass, they can either bring in other people or make a deal with PFG. PFG will have the data(unless they made a tell all deal). New people will start behind that point and will know an experienced group(PFG) walked. Whatever happens the property will become devalued and no-one will pay 425M.
Now if they find a hidden aspect to it.........
