Janice, that is what they are saying. I will have to go back and read their tech specs to see if I can find any specific discrepancies. If I remember right, the specs matched those of the ISM unlicensed band.

The hardware for the Company's SWOMITM product can be modified to work on any frequency.

This phrasing is very interesting and may be a loophole to some of the earlier discussions where it appears that they are using somebody else's product. Notice that "The Hardware" is treated as a separate item than the "SWOMITM product"?

I also find it hard to believe that the hardware can be modified easily to work on any frequency. Though I guess if you throw enough money at something, anything is possible.

There are other relevant issues here too. If this goes into the licensed frequencies, the deployment and service costs just went up dramatically. Not to mention that the infrastructure costs are going to be huge.

How much funding do these guys have? It might be worthwhile to put together a little information on the cash burn rate seen at MCOM.
