the grumbling I would characterize it as quite a bit more than "grumbling". There were unwarranted and inappropriate personal attacks and vulgarity. was limited to the clown thread and did not spill over. It was taking place in a couple of threads that are parts of Silicon Investor, for which I'm responsible. You might notice that the Terms of Use apply to the whole site, not most of the site except for one or two threads. why don't you just relax. Yeah, it'd probably be more relaxing to just ban people on the say-so of others without checking the situations out for myself. <g>
