<<Just in passing on ARBA and pseudo-TA: Whoever wrote the commentary that you're quoting is full of it>>

Richard Hahn is the author. The guy is very good imo.
He also supports his market view with fundamental analysis.

home.att.net

p.s. ARBA has a market cap of 27 Bln, trades at 136 times sales and has a return on equity of -30% but maybe it doesnt matter

K,
Thanks for responding. I've noted your points and I appreciate your feedback. I still don't get it and I probably never will. Just lucky to have ridden SDLI up for a few years and NEWP and SEBL as well. As long as tight stops are in place, and as long as these co's will report favorable earnings, I just don't see the big deal with valuations that are outside historical norms. My point was that the trend is supposed to be understood, and future predictions of prices are factored in, and usually are not disappointed by PE concerns alone. I was looking for a correction. After this post, I'm sure I'll get some more.
Thanks again,
M
