Liz,

The deferred revenue exceeds the accounted revenue so it is far better than it appears. Deferred revenue is $153 million but no one here seems to count that? I like companies that are conservative. Ariba is cash flow positive so additional financing is not an issue.

I would love to compare the FA of ARBA to that of AMZN sometime but not today. I had stated on numerous occasions AMZN cannot make it, they were aggressively counting revenue and and were burning a lot of cash. Nothing has changed their. AMZN will need funds again this spring.

I have no clue how AMZN and ARBA can be compared.

Thank you for your ARBA comments -- what do you get these days for 20-30m from ARBA? Who are their customers and what can they accompliish by doing business with ARBA -- honest questions.
