Don't trade Dow stocks, so don't see much action to take in any event, but, if the Dow was crashing through key support levels below the psychologically important 10000, or even just dwelling in the high 9000s and putting the year low (9731) in serious danger, I'd certainly take notice, as I don't think that the Nasdaq is in good enough shape to maintain substantial divergence even for as long as it managed to do earlier this year (and we all know how that turned out). I tend to think that the 7000s won't become an issue before economic data or political events that are obvious to all come up.
