"silly?"..."no way M=2L?"...lol...if mrvc doesnt go significantly higher than it is now(which is no guarantee is it?...unless u know something i dont?), thats exactly what would happen(ie-mrvc would drop to very low levels if the threads argument of mrvc being worth minus its stake in lmne after distribution)is true...lmne has 156M shares outstanding and should open near 25 at a minimum--->mkt cap of 3.9B....mrvc's mkt cap is currently near 2.9B...so unless mrvc moves up substantially, by ur own argument(mrvc to trade minus the worth of lmne after distribution), then mrvc should trade at 0 or even at a negative<ggg>...so what gives?...my defintion of silly is obviously different then urs. einsteins theory on relativity can be explained by E=MC2(energy = mass x speed of light squared)....kinetic energy=1/2MV2(mass x velocity)...force=MA(mass x acceleration)...yet the worth of mrvc is M=2L + nl(0) if i recall<ggg>...i have a doctorate degree and i still have no idea what the hell ur talking about<ggg>...all i know is that unless mrvc moves up substantially(which is dictated by the mkt!), if some people on this thread are correct(by their own formulas, theories and etc...), we should drop to 0....of course im being abit facetious, but u can see my point...mrvc's stake in lmne could easily surpass their own mkt cap when lmne starts to trade...so after distribution, mrvc better be trading at levels alot higher than now(which is not controlled by anyone except the mkt), or we will drop to very low levels, making the theory "unlocking shareholder value" to mean absolutely nothing...even if mrvc doubles...when opxs shares are spun out, what should happen to mrvc's price unless its trading in the mid 100's?...see my point?...but i do agree about one thing, what mrvc is ultimately worth is complicated and cannot be explained by any formulas that can be derived from this thread....jmwo(just my worthless opinion). btw, i can tell im taking up precious time on here so ill drop the subject...but just something to think about. mact
