Assume traditional DRAM growth rates.

That could be a dangerous assumption. DRAM has some serious shortcomings, eg., volatility and cost. Other memories may hem in its growth, eg., disk drives (including SAN/NAS apps) and flash, and other memory technologies move from the drawing board to the market. Meanwhile, the traditional decreases in cost and price will continue.

DRAM may have a limited life as a mainstream product.

Best,
JS
