Charlie,

I am taking it as the assets that BAC hadto turn over in exchange for the shares???

I would be very surprised if BAC sold already.

Regards,

Rob

I think BAC is still holding shares from Integrion (part of the 3 million).

Hey Charlie...

"Document Repository: The Foundation for Customer Care

The Click-n-Done system includes the Mobius ViewDirect® document repository, the market-leading software that captures, indexes, stores and Web-enables statements, bills, invoices and other enterprise documents in any format. ViewDirect provides the foundation for a complete customer care solution. It serves as a single repository that supports the customer service requirements of both e-customers and those who continue to receive printed documents."

The repository provides functionality beyond serving up this month's bill or statement. It contains not just one, two or six months of data, but a permanent and complete historical record. The consumer can access history data at any time and can confidently turn off receipt of paper, allowing the biller to realize the cost savings of reduced printing and mailing.

You always said it might be some slick piece of software,

Well....this is a big Nasty on the CKFR take over the Earth Program. ie...better buy them too.

It's public too, they got a web site professing their shit, and it's strong in comparision to ckfr e-bill as it stands.

Two arms extended, fists made and drawn back toward the hip.

Disclaimer, I am long MOBI.

Oh, yea....and I forgot to say hello!

There is some nasty shit coming in EBPP an CKFR cant compete in quality of "presentment", "archive" and nearly everything else, but as Benny said the "money is in payment"

Yea, if the bills are sent to you to pay...

Incomplete records, of historical transactions done digitally is against the towelette thing espoused years ago.

Yup, it's got to be simple, and it is...but it also gots to be accountible too, and froe.

The money is in too and froe right now.

My bet is CKFR + MSFT can NOT create it fast enough for the market they find themselves in today.

Just buy the damm thing, make me richer and move on, OR I BELIEVE THEY ARE GOING TO HURT YOUR ASS ON DETAIL......time WILL tell.

Doesnt' matter, I own all the stocks in the segment.

Piss'n moan.......
