although you seem hostile.

Eugene - me hostile? I could say you're defensive - but I won't.

As for my sources - well Yahoo's finance site reports Income Avaiable to Common at -$32 million:

biz.yahoo.com

The company's latest 10Q report published at freeedgar.com (for the quarter ending June 30, 2000) lists net income of -$54 million for the quarter ending June 30, 2000, and net income of -$44 million for the six months ending June 30, 2000.

Broadvision's latest 10K, published on Dec. 31, 1999, lists the following net income figures:

1995 -$4.3 million
1996 -$10.1 million
1997 -$7.3 million
1998 +$4.0 million
1999 +$18.8 million

Granted they were profitable in fiscal years 1998 and 1999. But it looks like they are headed for a loss this year - unless they can pull out a positive $44 million in net income for the last two quarters.

Let me know if I'm missing something on BroadVision here.

By the way - what about VIGN?

Thanks,
-Eric
