Fundamentally, I visited AMES Natick store last week and am pleased with general conditions. Number of cars are less but only in the area employees parked.

Technically, moving average and trend line studies had to be overshadowed by overbought conditions. Herzog(Merrill Lynch) has not bought back yet. Their average cost of shorts are way above offers today(making money). So, unless there are local oversold condition a short squeeze is not likely.

AMES is now a two year stock. It will take two years to correct the technical imbalance. Only daytraders and strong hands will not be taken out.

Hi Dan, I always draw my trend-lines across the tops or bottoms of "candlestick bodies", not the actual lows or highs, unless the candlestick (not the wick) happens to coincide with an actual high or low..... Still waiting for AMES to do something here, and am sure glad I wrote some calls higher up at this point..... Yogi
