Being re-elected by a large margin in Texas is no defence for his abyssmal record. Higher drugs, crime, poor kids without health insurance, pollution, lower high school scores, etc. You have to understand right about now the Bushes OWN Texas. He didn't even have any credible opposition. He's like a Kennedy in Masssachusetts now. They run a sacrificial lamb against him, that's all. Of course he won by 60%. But I bet a lot of people stayed home and didn't even vote. They have no choice. Texas is stuck with Shrub whether they like him or not.
