I see no news---the whole sector is getting hit---SCMR,LPTH,MRVC,FNSR,etc.

12:04 ET Finisar Corp (FNSR) 34 1/2 -6 3/8: Hearing that company being hit by the UBS Warburg roadshow for Optical Communications, a competitor of Finisar which filed for its IPO on August 31 and is seen as a threat to the company. Optical Communications also competes with Stratos Lightwave (STLW) and another filed IPO, MRV Comms (MRVC) subsidiary Luminent.
