The ruling in AMTL favor seems out of the blue to SSTI if you read SSTI's 10q the Administrative Law Judge recommended in SSTI's favor but the commission went the other way. I wonder how often that happens?

I'd expect SSTI to now go back to the courts. So short term impact s/b nill to revenue / expenses (maybe contingency reserve and legal expenses) but the street hates uncertainity.
