I also think they scare investors out of owning their own stocks, and force them into Mutual Funds. I really don't like them having control over the short term market as they most certainly do.

Tom,

The ML analyst lowered his rating on TER today, but raised his price target from $60 to $65. The problem is that the analyst incorrectly thinks his previous price target was $65. In fact, he lowered it from $110 to $60 on 10/5.
