JR, the ceo in the cc did elude to the resignation that day and the need to move up the report date. Listen to the cc. It is worth it. KANA is a newer company with some email contact management products. Never hurts to have allies, and KANA will now sell the ASPT portal. ASPT should do well as other smaller entraints will have trouble keeping pace with the complexity of the solutions and the global coverage needed. They had a great quarter hiring people and some management from Oracle. Of course, the anals talk about the emphasis in looking forward and not just backwards. Well they just will not give credit to "actions in motion" and will wait for the next quarter's numbers. We just have to wait for the fruit to ripen. Good luck!! Keith
