The same person who was talking about the 4 Billion way back in May recently stated that MVEE will buy back some shares. Have you discussed share buy back with MVEE's IR? If MVEE buys back shares will they make an announcement before they do it (like other companies do) or will they just do it an leave all he investors in the dark? By the way, your last post stated million instead of billions as the number of shares outstanding.
