Valery Oortnov - Given that in a bear market by definition we get lower lows and lower highs as the decline progresses, it makes sense that the ideal QQQ entry point this time would be lower than the Under $75 entry point last May. JMHO. That's why I'm puzzled by the timing of the latest recommendation.

Valery Portnov - If it turns out that you are right about the NAZ 2800-2900 area being a better QQQ entry point, by proportion I calculate the QQQ buy point to be $67-$69.
(ie. 75:3164 = x:2000, x=$69 and 75:3164 = x:2800, x=$67).

Interesting that the bulletin is undated and gives no buy point. Maybe it's intended to be re-usable in subsequent years.
