Are you looking forwards or backwards in making your decision? Either way I think it's already priced in at these levels. MVK already said they believe they'll make Q4, and Q1. At 14x forward 2001 estimates I think it's one of the better long term buys here. Also as MVK and NSS have said a certain amount of this is buyers not wanting inventory on their books for year end tax purposes. Of course if the dollar continues to stay strong their business may stay under pressure near term.
