Hi Rosie,

I was born a Yankee fan.

My grand father watched Babe, Lou Gherig, and Joe D'Maggio play.
My father watched the Yogi, Mantle, Marris, Don Larsen, and the other greats.
My childhood memories were of Thurmon Munson, Catfish Hunter, Reggie Jackson, Chris Chamblis, etc.

I remember being allowed to stay up late to watch the Yankees play in the World Series in the late 70's.
When they beat the Dodgers, it was one of my greatest sports memories.
