Gottfried, Big Bucks, Jacob, John L., Tito, Katherine, and Lester E., I have finally begun to look at AMAT again since it appears to be hitting its lows again after 26 months from its last low
cycle and it $40.50 or 64% down from its high of $114. What are you thoughts regarding the lows. Today, Dorsey Wright
charts indicated that there was a reversal up from the 14% oversold area for the semiconductors. What are your opinions
regarding the lows of AMAT. When we ran a NAIC Investmen Club analysis of AMAT we came up with a Buy range of
12.50-$54, a hold range of 54-$95, and a sell range of $95-$131. The big concern I have at this point is the 1.24 BTB, and
high Orders, and Shipments. The cycle has been approx. 26 months since the last low during the last cycle.

Has there been any survey of AMAT bottom prices?

What are your thoughts?
