Jack you aren't keeping up with what is happening. Email is everywhere now. People send emails instead of faxes, letters, mailings. People are ready to have a transaction based secure digital identity stored in an identity vault. I'd publish my analysis of Virtual Bricks II here but it would probably shock you that Robertson Stevens sees the whole internet evolving into portal based and identity based eCommerce. That means that Vanguard gives you access to your accoutns on line as does Merrill Lynch, and virtually everybody else --- including the government. It will have to give you access to more than just downloading forms from the IRS site and it will. Enter Novell. Novell has the only viable identity management system out there for secure access. The government will need such a system. In other areas of B2B Novell can provide the tools to make ecommerce between government and vendors work well and securely. So there are many opportunities.
