Agreed, but again, shareholder approval (ii) must be done before Nov 26 as well.

Geez I hate trying to read filings on a screen, I should have printed that stuff out, or finish networking all these computers at home, so I can print stuff out on the printer upstairs.....my eyes are crossing.
