Seeing your postings of the past, it seems you derive perverse pleasure in other investors losses and, of course, the all consuming "I told you so" mentality.

Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact your perceptions are completely inconsistent with what I actually did. I sent a private message to Peter 3 weeks ago and left it up to him at the time to relay the info to the thread. I did not post the insider data directly to thread precisely because I was aware of the potentially negative impact it could have. I did not post the insider info to the thread precisely because I was concerned it could lead to 'other investors losses'.

I only posted the info today because this scenario reeks of insiders being privy to the Lily decision prior to the public disclosure. In short, I was pissed because this has all the components of the individual investor getting screwed. There was not one iota of 'I told you so'. There was a distinct concern that critical data was being withheld to serve SEPR's insiders.

Sorry, rkrw, you've got it precisely backwards. There are plenty of other good reasons for not liking someone like myself, but the one you've cited is way off base. I take no pleasure whatsoever in this decline. Read the first sentence of my original post again.

[And it needs to be said that all the insider data is public. The fact that it's posted on a thread should not demonize the messenger.]

I've said it before - SEPR is indeed a great company with a clever and expansive approach to drug discovery and development. Those perceptions are completely distinct from the questionable circumstances surrounding the recent insider trading.
