How do you explain existence of anything. The expanding universe, the radiation echo, and the second Law of thermodynamics all point to the universe having a beginning. Since everything that has a beginning must have a prior cause,(will you even admit that?)what do you think is the first cause? Do you have an answer? I have to go to work so you can think about it awhile.
Bye now,
Greg.

All this "first cause" stuff denies what may be the obvious answer! The first cause may be dispersed in time and space and is an event that doesn't have a start or an end. If you are on a treadmill and you suddenly appear on the treadmill and eventually die and leave the treadmill, saying that the treadmill had to have a first cause denies that the treadmill may be eternal. Sure if you look at things in your inertial frame, it appears that things start and stop but there is no reason to believe that these questions even apply to the treadmill itself.
