Tom,

Like I said, I know very little about the current state of this company. I have just started doing the DD in the last day or two.

My buddy only gives out 4 or 5 picks a year to me. In the last two years those have been some of my best returns. They are always value plays and 3-18 month time frames.

I still look before I leap, but this one at first glance could be good.

The CFO as he explained it to me did an excellent job for Adobe. He then went to Red Hat I think, but did not like something about that company and left for SGI after only a few months. My friend said that one his fellow analysts downgraded Adobe when he left, FOR THAT REASON ONLY. That got my attention. Of course the public reason for the downgrade was masked behind some other reason, but this information made an impression on me.

He said get in before next earnings, it may not take off then, but the street will get a chance to see what he has been able to do on the cost control side in the few months that he has been there.

Take it for what it is worth, which I realize is not too much.

Good Luck

TH
