Microsoft bought 25million shares at 68 - 70 last Q considering they paid 1.7B for about 25mill shares. They know DEC. Q is going to be solid. They must have been surprised by the sell-off.

Bush came today and hinted he would support innovation over litigation. I agree with people who feel the stock could double if Bush wins as sentiment will further improve.

Appeals court wants to restart hearing everything and hired a tech. consultant. I think everything including finding of facts is up for reversal.
