I don't believe Microsoft's future success depends on who wins the Presidency. Whether Bush or Gore wins, we will have justice in the appeals court, and I believe Microsoft will be exonerated. I also believe that the .NET vision will help grow the business under any administration.

hi johnd

Glad you had a good day in msft.

Did anybody get any resolution on that issue brought up here in the past... that msft has sold puts when the stock was at higher levels and may have to pay for that mistake?

I never found out how people knew they actually did that but if so, has this been resolved... anybody know?

thanks

"Appeals court wants to restart hearing everything and hired a tech. consultant. I think everything including finding of facts is up for reversal."

Huh? Under what authority would they "restart hearing everything?" And didn't they say they'd expedite the appeal?
