<edited>Hi Jay - this is a filing for stock issuance. I thought everyone knew ADCT was doing this.

In fact, I was the only one voicing my concern here not so long ago.

However, ADCT has also issued stocks to others in other acquisitions. So, unless we see 144, there is no telling who were doing the selling. Mind you, BAS was a relatively new company, some of the people probably not even vested fully. So, if there is any insider selling at all, likelihood is that they are the VCs.

In summary, I do not have definitive answer, but the language of the filing is so plain vanilla I cannot see why one is so definite about it. Of course, secretly or not so secretly, I am hoping this being the case, b/c it suggests ADCT current weakness is due only to supply and demand issue relating to the stock, and has nothing to do with ADCT fundamentals. Therefore, once this volume is absorbed, it should rebound.

best, Bosco
